More details

You may need motor mount cutting.
I use just hand powered cutter tool($7) and sand paper.

More details

De-solder and de-twist at the Y coil connection point.
De-paint is usefule to nude-off the coil wire paint.

You may need the timing adjust of ESC.
4A ESC is enough to drive this.

I am also modifying the same CDROM motor. Only different way to mount on the plane. Ready to fly tomorrow.
