What frequencies are open for RC hobbies in Romania? Do you need to get a license to operate a TX or something like that?

All european frequencies are opened for RC in Romaniaand agreed by ROMANIAN MODELLING FEDERATION. About fees for clubs visit: http://www.rhc.ro/ed_view.php?ArtID=29
