Hi everyone,
My name is Mike Mietus. I am the President of RSM , and welcome anyone who wishes to learn how to fly, or looking for a friendly place to fly and relax. Whatever your flavor is ....rubber band to Giant scale to Park flyer to whirlybirds ...come on out ot our field and enjoy yourself and get some good flying in. We have picnic tables, airplane benches, heli benches, run in stands, and frequency management. (although SPektrum is getting close to making that not needed anymore)... Plenty of parking and a short walk to the pits. Come on out , those of us truly addicted can be found there daily. Heck , we were in the backpages of AMA with pictures of us flying last Dec. at our Chili Fun Fly flying of skis and floats!!! C U there. Mike Mietus President, Radio Signal Modelers Club. Cook County Forest Preserves , Schiller Woods Model Airplane Flying Field. |
