Hey guys,

I just wanted to comment on this. When I took the bike apart I noticed that the notches on the blue stem where far from the actual teeth on the frame. I took the stem off and filed down the flashing on the backside where it touches the frame when assembled. Once I put it together the teeth were much further into the notches and the stem seems locked in now.
