Ron,
It even sound better in person.
That was 10s 4000mAh XPS pack I was flying with.
I still had 30% left after landing. The 7 blade stator fan is very effeicent at lower throttle. On the bench I see at 1.7 kw getting 6 lbs of thrust with 175mph efflux velocity. That why I able to cruise using less power.

More likely in the late afternoon. My field is too much traffic in the morning.
Bring your plane down and I sign you in as guest.

Here is the video flying this evening with the new TJ100HP.
CARF's Spark power by TJ100HP (4 min 14 sec)

Wow...great video Tam!!

So what is the difference between the TJ100 and the TJ100HP? Better speed, thrust or both?

Would it make much difference in mine (1512-2y on 10S)

I noticed that 12S is higher than the "stated" max-voltage for the 1515-3D, any idea what kind of RPMs you are getting from that setup?

Have you had a chance to put it on radar...because that thing looks FAST!

Keep up the great work.

The rotor are stronger, the shroud are more regid and the 7 bladed stator give better sound and effecient at cruising power.

Stronger, better sound and more effecient at mid power.

Not much at all. Beside what I had said.

I just messing around with the 12s. I didn't realized is moving that fast.
Wasn't plan for that. Next time I'll do with 1518 1.5Y....

Have you had a chance to put it on radar...because that thing looks FAST!
Just having fun....not recording any speed run.

Keep up the great work.[/quote]
