I have an extra heavy duty switch jack as sold by Canuck Engineering or you could try http://www.northcountyflyingmachines.com/blackjack.htm I believe the same as sold by Mouser.

Yep. That's where I got my RTF switchjacks. I make my own now. Nobody to blame but myself if it fails but it's been a long time since I've heard of a problem with the Mouser/Digikey parts.

glassmonkey: You're lucky to not have had trouble with the RS ones...or did you?

The links are for mini switch jacks. They are very nice, but very small. Do you think they would work for a hotliner with 3 mini digital servos. Power would be supplied by a 2 cell 750 mah Lipo with a 3 amp ubec.
