I'm also trying this Park hpx f servo and having the same bouncing problem. But mine tail will run during idle up punching.

May I know how much delay you set in the gyro? Mine set to 25%

I'm just doing initial setup on this one, everything seems correct but just as it gets light on the skids it begins to ocilate/wag horribly, as if the gain is cranked to the maximum. All 'standard' tests as far as direction/reversal are set up correctly. On runup just to the point of liftoff it is smooth and doesn't require any more correction then any of my other helis(doesn't piro or anything). How do I just lower gain on this? All my other gyros are clearly marked gain. Its my brothers heli and his older JR642 radio is rather crude in the settings department.

If you have the gain plugged in to ch5 /gear then go into the travel adjustment menu and set it to ~50% in both directions. One way will be HH and the other rate.

It's easy mounting here, but in the right type of crash.....your flybar can bend, causing the paddles to cut the gyro in half.(just a word of caution here)

Don
That would be one hell of a crash.
