You know we are a huge online store and have so many goods and customers. Once some goods are put on the "hot sellers" or "big sales", they will be likely out of stock. Other vendors face the same situation too. But we are trying to reduce it. Thanks for your understanding!

Sorry DinoDirect ...... I know this is not the correct thread for this and I will leave it here .... BUT ...
If an item is listed as "in stock" and "for sale" on your pages then this should be the case - if you still need to source the item after I purchase it, then the item is "out of stock" and "not for sale." - or "backorder" at least !!!

These are simple business terms and how every other online store has worked for me.

What nonsense is this of "purchasing something and then hoping that in 3 working days time, the purchase will be rated as successful" - quoted from your online helper
