I know you asked for 1/3 scale, but maybe this is interesting for you :

1/2 scale Huetter H17 short kit, cnc-router cut by "Fraesfritz" of Germany.

WS 485 cm = 190 in
Root chord 50 cm = 20 in !

Yes, I've seen that. A little too big to fit into my Honda Element!

Michael, love that Hutter. I saw a full size one up close and it sure is small at a little over 9 meters. Know anything about the quality of Fraesfritz?

I have not seen any of these kits, but have read only positive comments about them on the german rc boards, mostly rc-network.de.
