Help! Phoenix HV 110 Single Beeping code, Works fine thou.......

I have quite a few HV 110 ESC's and they all seem to beep every 15 seconds when they are plugged into the battery and just sitting there with the Throttle stick in the Off Positions (all the way down)......

They all operate properly, just that when the the throttle is retarded to the off position (does not matter weither or not i run up the motor at all), the damn motor keeps making a Single Beep just having the battery plugged in...... The motor works just fine.

This is occuring on 5 different setups of 110's that i have, I have upgraded to the latest and greatest firmware (version 2.18) and still I have the single beep every 15 seconds or so. I do belive the firmware started the whole beeping (version 2.11).

I have one 110 esc that does not do this, but the firmware on that one is roughly 2 years old (version 1.55) and I am not going to mess with that since it runs just fine.

I'm using version Castle Link version 3.19 now (as of last week) and still the same problem. I even used different computers.


Am I missing something here?

It's a "Power on" warning, introduced with 2.0 software.

2.11 added ability to turn off the beep.
