It looks real good. I like the control surface outlines which is something I've never done, the wing numbers and the landing gear wire as well I haven't ever done. Your building ability is truely extraordinary. Good job.

I went flying this morning and this thing did ok. I used 1/4 inch rubber and had to add a little down thrust and some more weight to the nose. I could not get any good pictures since I was by myself this time.
Had a pretty good steep climb, then leveled out.

Congratulations! I didn't think a stock Guillows kit would do much except for their Super Piper Cub. Mine does okay. It looks like you're flying in a soccer field, I do too sometimes.

Slowly getting there, over 100 kits to build. Some day I will take a picture of my future builds.

Great stuff!!!

Let me know if there is a gap in your plans, I have many Guillows and other plans I will send. I only ask that you build them!

How Long?

Master,

Beautiful job!
How long were your flight(s)?
How did you make your wind screen, one or two pieces?

BTW, you already took a pic of your future builds and posted it in your Douglas Dauntless build.
Care to do any trading?

Danielson

1. That is a two piece windshield, the older 300 series kits came with a pre cut .003 acetate windshield. Much better than the thick acetate they use today.
2. The flight was 40 seconds.
3. Sorry no trades...

scigs30,
Great stuff, thank you for sharing. Your photo of the ceiling planes reminds me of my room. Wish I took pictures, but at least I still have the plans.
