Michael,
It was very good to see you, and nice job on the article. I hope you will be able to make Los Banos in 2010. If anyone needs more info on the Spalinger let me know. Bruce DeVisser |

The Airworld Nemere is kind of a mix of models, the wings are Kirby Kite wings, I know since Rick Briggs brought in this model along with 2 Kirby Kite kits, the wings were all identical, Airworld took a lot of liberty calling it a Nemere, nice looking model but is sure did not exist like this in fullsize. Fred China up in Vancouver Canada built a beautiful 1/4 scale Nemere several years ago.

Thanks for pointing this out, Dennis. Brian's Airworld Nemere is a beautiful ship, but it is only notionally a Nemere.
BTW, Fred sold his Nemere to Steve Dentz, who is most awed by its scale accuracy and excellent flying characteristics. We may make a vintage junkie out of Steve yet! |

That's not my Nemere
, I have a Kirby Kite. The Nemere belongs to Walt Torgesen, he also has a Kirby Kite. Brian, an EAJ |

Dennis
Please let me clarify that I have not sold any of my gliders. (yet) Over the years a couple of fellows have gone out of their way to assist me in inumerable ways at aerotows and other things. As I am an old buggar who doesn't get around as well as I would like, these two fellows have helped me a tremendous amount. I felt that I owed them something in return and offered them each a glider as a thank you. I hope they enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed their help. Fred China |

I already have 2 dibs on the 13, and now 3, but those dibs are really costly!
