I'm working on converting my Electra to a pure glider (check out that covering job ), and about to start a Mimi, or a small HLG glider. Not sure yet.

And a picture from today. Specked both of them out.

Oh man! I just checked the weather for Wednesday, seeing as we have it off, and they're predicting a strong wind from the N/NE. Consequently, that's the exact direction my local slope faces.

I have a feeling a slope project is gonna jump ahead of everything I'm working on. .

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...h&z=15&iwloc=A

Refer to the video for more info on the slope.

Yep, thats my picture. All the other reviewers have crazy good photos, so I've been working like crazy to try and keep up.

Dan is a really cool guy. Have you flown the lazer? Lots O' fun, but you need indoor, or little to no wind to really have fun with it.

Yeah, I was playing around with my flying buddy's DLG and Fling (hi start version)-I maidened them for him. I'm the DLG awkward guy, since I'm left handed, so he did the launching, but I managed to do some sloping.

The hi start is awesome, just need to work on getting the release right. I wrapped it around the wing twice- that made for some scary spirals!

What's the best way to loose the hook? We were having trouble with that.
