Hi Mr. Lin, How much would it add to the cost of a kit to include
a styrofoam pilot figure in the correct scale and appearance to the
real airframe? In the case of airframes like the F-4 Phantom and A-4T,
two pilot figures? It sure would save a lot of work having to carve them
from balsa all the time. There just are no mass produced small scale
pilots being sold over here (USA). The smallest available are too large.
When GWS started using clear canopies, I thought you might either include
pilots or sell them as an option. Even a vac-u-formed pilot is better than
none at all.

Not to take away from GWS if they decide to make pilots available, but there are pilots available in the USA. I found that the #1005-13 pilots at Dare Design are just right for the A-4.

OK, I stand corrected... there is one pilot available in the USA. That one
pilot will set you back almost $10 (with shipping). Or in the case of the A-4
$13.30 (for two). Are these available from any Hobby shops or are these strictly
web ordered?

I'm looking forward an EP CL 415 and just found nitro planes that are eletrified so out of my budget !
I know I'm not alone so may be GWS people could design a new and affordable model for this fantastic plane, may be 120cm of wingspam to be equiped at low cost ( 2 BL motors, 3S Lipo, ... ).

GWS Spitfire Rudder Horn Hitting Elevator

Has anyone had this problem...

Looks like the horn will have to be moved down 1/2" on the rudder.

Any more than 6 mm up and 6 mm down movement on the GWS Spitfire's elevator will get you into serious trouble. I can loop my Spitfire on full up trim.
