Flew the Sport today! 6 packs back to back Speed Stick, those Fullymax packs have some punch, thanks for the great deal on them

The Mini V-Bar is amazing, G5 flybarless head and HS5065MG servos, the tracking in FF is incredible! and I thought the flybared head tracked very well. With FBL this heli is Fast if you want it to be and very stable... this heli is SICK!!

Noob battery and charger question

I'm relatively new to this. I've been flying a Blade MSR and just ordered a Sport Super Combo.

I have everything I need except batteries.

Could someone please suggest the best bang for the buck on LiPos for my model (stock combo electonics) - and a balancing charger? I've been eye-balling the Cellpro stuff, but I would prefer something the charges multiple packs at one time and preferably off of AC

Also, as far as the electronics are concerned, are the battery connectors for 11.1v 2200mAh 3C LiPos standard? Are there plug adapter issues? Do the differ from brand to brand?

Thanks much.

I'm getting rid of my trex 250 and I'm getting the 450 sport kit on friday. I'm taking my AR6100e out of my 250 and the GP750 gyro. That still leaves cyclic's, and rudder servos and a battery. I really want something reliable and solid I guess you could say, I don't mind spending money on servos, when they don't work right it costs way more than just better servos. Also what would a good battery be, I had lightining power off brand batteries and I kinda don't want to go down that road again.

I've had very good luck with Fusion Packs, the 25C variety. The two I have are still giving great power after 60+ flights. Other packs I have are TP extreemes (also good) and recently Fullymax. I've used a Multiplex LN-5014 charger with a blinky balancer for years now with no isues but it won't charge multiple packs at once.

They fly fine on stock! I swapped to Hitec 5065's when I had mine and sadly I don't feel they are worth the upgrade only if you want "bling" status and more reliable! Some people have the DS410M;s burn out on 6V after a while but I don't know..

Dont know if anyone is looking for a "new" sport.. 12-15 flight on it... I just listed on in the classifieds. It is a truely awesome bird, I just would rather have someone that can fly it rather than hover it own it... its too nice for me!!
