You'll notice there are no tail control surfaces. This thing is basically a twin helicopter. It only flies with the nacelles vertical, it cannot perform a full transition to horizontal flight.
It is pretty cool, though! |

But this video shows poor pilot skills or bad outdor flying capabilities

Yeah, like John said, it's a helicopter. There are several Chinooks already.
On the outdoor one. The ones with the big fly-bars don't do very well if there's any wind. They're very stable but don't like to move very fast. Any wind tends to blow them away fast. |
