whenever i try to plug my MM esc into my computer it tries to install the driver software, but fails. i have castle link on my comp, but it does not recognize the esc or says that it is not connected when it clearly is. wth is going on?

Sorry, for Mamba Max controllers, you will need to use a Windows XP machine and update the Mamba Max firmware before it will work with Windows Vista 64 or Windows 7.0. The problem is with the driver on the Mamba Max itself -- it will not work with the new Windows Vista 64/7.0 HID driver. Once the firmware is updated, you will be able to connect to the Mamba Max using a Castle Link -- but the on-board USB will not work correctly with Windows 7.0 or Vista 64. Thanx! Patrick |

No, the MMPro works just fine on Windows 7 and Vista right out of the box. The Mamba Max works fine too -- just needs the software update on XP before it will work on Windows 7 and Vista.

ok, so i updated the driver on my xp comp....now the 3.19 castle link does not run. it says "fatal error and cannot connect to database" this is getting annoying.
and the 3.19 will not reconize it on my winows 7 ether, even after updating the driver. |
