3D Foamies Depron vrs Elapor
Hello,
I've just built a nice 3D Yak 36 55 out of Depron foam. It's made by lightrc and is the plane of our club.It has a ready to fly weight of 10.5 oz and that's with a 600mah 11.1v 20c li-Po on it.It swings a 10 by 3.8,but a 9 by 3.8 seems to be the right prop for it,I'm taking a guess that it might have to do with getting in the right power band. I've been looking at the Multiplex Parkflyer. My question is "Is it as heavy as EEP foam or just as light as Depron?" Has anyone flyed a good Depron 3D plane and a Multiplex parkflyer by chance? thanks,Robert |
