Its Possible there having a technical problem, but I dont see why they should, it's an already proven design, its nothing more than a LMH Corona 120 helicopter that's been around for years. Other than the direct drive and foam canopy, its pretty much a modified Corona 120.

No heli is perfect. Perhaps they found something they deemed not up to Multiplex standard and decided to correct it. The fact that they are delaying it until early next year suggests its not a quick fix.

Not sure when, but the were and how much can be found at this link---> http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXXDH9
I Notice they bumped the expected date from early June to Mid July, but I was told nothing till early 2010, maybe Febuary or March, told to me by Multiplex themselves...

mahbouni ... I love your reference to the Air Hogs... very true! But hey, this ain't no 2 or 3 channel toy, this is also a hugely expensive Air Hog Havoc! If I had the money, I would most ceratinly go and buy it though... it is very impressive despite the fact that I still don't know all about it after searching the web. Maybe Brendan Lugo can clear up the things I don't know here: In the "RR" version, what needs to be supplied, and as a follow-up, why isn't there a RTF version available? I was so sold on this big FP until the cost kept climbing and climbing, etc.

There have been a couple setbacks with getting the funcopter released so as of now I don't know what versions will be available and what items will be needed to complete each version.

First quarter of '10 was the last I heard providing that the couple of issues that have come up durring the r/d are able to be solved.
