Down with the Sickness

Hi Castle Friends and Customers,
I just wanted to advise that our office has been struck with a bug and our response time to calls and emails is suffering.
Our entire Tech Support staff is ill.
We have one person in the office today, Friday we had zero.

Thanks in advance for your patience. We hope to have healthy bodies back in the building as soon as possible!

We will all have to be patient for a week or two. Tech support and firmware development will probably be a little behind schedule.

Get well soon,

I hope everyone gets well.

Since castle is sick maybe their customers can reassure me. I ordered some things on September 7 and it was supposed to ship after 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email and got a reply within minutes that it would ship later that week. Week 6 I didn't get any shipping confirmation so sent another email and got no reply. I sent another email Tuesday (week 7) and still haven't gotten a reply.

I understand if their staff is sick, but should shipping have been delayed this much? Is this normal? Should I just continue to wait? It seems like I should have at least been informed if there were problems with my order.

I've never ordered directly from them but I have used their products and really think they're great. I hope I didn't come off as too angry but I am disappointed at least.

Actually NO. The flu can be transmitted by objects. Use a liberal aount of rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer on it & your hands.
