Need Help With Translation

Would someone please translate these signs into english for me?

I would really like to know what they mean. Number 4 doesn't have to be an exact translation, just a summary.

Thank you very much,

Frank

I have another if you don't mind. Can you please tell me what this says?

Thanks,

Hi Frank,

I am a Taiwanese, I'd like to give it a try. A native Japanese could do it much better, but it seems that most of them do not enter this forum.
How to apply this beach
1. This is not a good beach for swimming. Users need to try hard to keep you safe when applying this beach as per the rules in this regard made by Okinawa county.
2. Users have to take their own responsibility, as the facility is not good enough.
3. It's a must that young kids & preschool kids need to be accompanied by protector or experienced guiders.
4. Do not destroy the facility applied here.
5. Watch out your own behaviors, do not affect other people here.
6. You have to follow the administrators' words to apply the facility here.
7. Please report to the administrators if you find anything not safe.

Management authority: Bureau of southern agriculture & civil engineering, Okinawa Ken (County)

Hope I did not make any error on these.

Thanks Chen! That works for me. That is one heck of a warning sign, isn't it.

While I have you, can you do a couple more please?

Thanks,

Frank

Hi Frank,

The white one was telling warnings,
It's dangerous at the side of safety fences around this cliff, no entrance ! For your safety,
1. Do not take pictures at the prohibited place.
2. Animals & plants that hide in grass might hurt you. So keep away from the grass.
3. There might be gusty & lifting winds blown on the cliff, keep far away from the cliff.

The black one was telling the story of this cave, 19 meters in width, 4.3 meters in depth. They found out many ancient tools in this cave. The tools and housewares were from the years of BC 000 -7000.

Hope I did not make errors on wording and translations.
