My pc recognizes the charger, but the program isnt working. It will read out what the charger is currently doing but the charting or information it should be showing doesnt work. I heard of people using logview but its in german.

Any suggestions?

Pls start the battery charging firstly, then run the software program and wait around 3 minutes. After that the charting process will continue. If it still doesn't work, pls restall the driver.

Thanks.

Pls make sure to enable USB on the charger's program menu.
then go to windows hardware profile and change the charger's com port to com 1
(change the USB's com port for the charger to com 1). Have a try.

Thanks.
Jason

This seems like a great unit and it arrived very quickly. However the instructions are poor. Would you post clearer instructions? Thanks.
