Can't get Heli to fly/recognize controller

Hi - Sorry for the very basic post, but I just got a balckstorm heli for my son. We put in the batteries, charged teh heli (with the power off on the heli) then unplugged the heli and turned it on. The green light on the heli came on in the front. When I turned on the controller, the power light was flashing slowly red. I tried to arm the throttle by cycling from off to on and back, but the red power light is still blinking and there is no response from the heli. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I just decided to take it back. I am going to look into one of the better helicopter manufacturers. Too much time wasted on retail models.

I buy it from DX and don't have the way to return it

I have electronic skills but I need your help to find the problem

have the same problem red led blink when turn on the radio, is the same signal of low batt maeby the problem is the voltage sensor??

have some ideas ???
