Brake setting
'Brake' setting in X-Pro-Interface software, which I use with X-55-SB-Pro controller, has such options as 'on soft' and 'on hard'. Would you please tell me what exactly is meant by that? Is that the "holding power" of the brake function? Or is that how quickly the brake is ramping up?

Just as Gary mentioned - the brake setting defines how the controller applies the prop brake - the "soft" setting gradually applies it (as you would coming to a stop at a light in your car), and the "hard" setting applies it abruptly (as if you slammed on your car brakes).
The hard setting is mainly only used in powered sailplanes to stop the prop quickly so it can fold against the fuseslage. Mike |

Hello,
I have a X-20 ESC. Does anyone know how to set the breaks on? |
