Aero-model (Hacker USA) commendation
I wanted to take the time to commend the guys at Aero-Model (Hacker Brushless USA). After flying small electric helicopters, I decided to try my first electric airplane. I choose a Funtana X100, a large 3D plane that typically takes a YS110 or Saito 120.
The rep at Aero-Model took the time to answer dozens of questions and to help me get together a matching battery, ESC, motor, mount, and prop. Further, at my request, he made some custom wiring changes for me. When I received this new engine, I had at least a dozen more questions. They patiently took the time to help me out. The motor was easy to install. It flies for the first time this Wednesday. I will give a report of how it goes. I have no affiliation with Hacker or any other RC company. I am just overly happy with this above and beyond service. Daniel Clark Glow Inc. |

Hacker has Great Service---I had a motor can come off in flight (not related to the rear collar)----Replaced with no hassle-----I currently own 16 Hacker Motors and will continue to buy Hacker quality products.
