Customer Service
Back in the 1980s management consultants raved about Nordstroms, the high end department stores, customer service.
In 2009, during an especially difficult time for consumers and retailers, vendors who "walk the walk" instead of giving lip service to customer service will thrive. Kyle Allred, owner of RcSuperSales "walks the walk". You'll be pleased with the personal service! Plus, anyone who has the stones to live in Montana deserves our support

I try my best to walk the walk though sometimes the business takes so much of my time I don't get to fly as much as I would like. When most people get off work I am still working. As soon as the kids are in bed for the night, yep back to work, thankfully I have an understanding wife. The saying is true when you are in business for yourself. You work twice as hard, twice as long, for half as much. But all in all I love it and love helping people out in this hobby. Kyle |
