Not putting scantily clad girls on the covers of model magazines I believe is not a sign of "politically correct world" but one of maturity in the magazine producers.

Do you buy magazines purely based upon the picture on the front cover?

If the answer is "yes" then there is already a whole genre of magazines filled to the brim with these pictures already available.

These pictures do not bother me but they do lower my opinion of the magazine producer.

Sorry but I think a return to this type of promotion would be a step backwards for the hobby.
