hook it up like this..12v and ground with the indicated pins jumped..provides around 12.4v at the full rated amps

Also...12v power supplies are NOT really 13.8v...in some cases they have an adjustment pot that will give them something like +10%

If you really need 13+v then this is a pretty good deal
