I glued everything with foam-safe CA. The wing pivots are Depron discs that are glued in place. I covered the wing roots and pivot holes with Scotch tape which acts as a bushing surface for the pivot. The sweep control rods are 1/16 steel wire with Z-bends to allow for alignment. The Elevon control rods are 3/32 carbon rods with nylon clevises glued on both ends. Flies great (doesn't everyone say that about their own designs?) CG is right at the Carbon center section stiffener. There is room for almost any size battery and CG is easy to adjust. Note the air inlet at the nose. All materials were purchased from RCfoam.com
