Had to put the milk carton killing TL 50 down last night. It was like putting the family dog to sleep
I flew the Bejeezus out of that thing. It didn't crash in the end......... I just knew it was time.
Stripped out the old drive train and put it in the TL fity CK built me in post 77 of this thread
( beautiful bird!!) and got to maiden it tonight. Sounds like a broken record, but, toss it up and fly away after a couple of tics of trim. Felt very comfortable and a little snappier on the controls, stronger servos, and thicker elevons and no added weight. It was nice to have this in the hangar, ready to go when the old MC Killer went down..........Thanks again CK!! Can't wait to see what you got going for me on the bench these days
