Hi Sluf7, Flo, Thomas, Ralf, and Barry! Thanks for signing in.

I agree Ralf, it is pretty eery touring those old hangars. We were there so early we had to turn the lights on. You could almost feel the veil of decades slowly lift as the mercury lighting warmed up the shadows in the hangars. Unfortunately, the Silver Hill facility is no longer open to the public, as emphasis has shifted to the move to Udvar Hazy. Hopefully they will revisit that decision, because the number of amazing things still in those hangars is incredible. The Horten and Me-410 are still located just as you photographed them. It was amazing to be able to see such rare and historic airframes all in one place.
