Close, but no cigar... It's a Graupner "Akro Junior" , an aileron version of the Junior. The "Electric Uhu" was it's predecessor. Nowadays the have the Junior Sport (without) and the Junior Sport Plus (With ailerons, but still double dihedral). That is if it has 2m wingspan. This 'new' version has 1.6m wingspan:
