That would be an older Graupner "UHU" sailplane, circa mid-90's. It was a kit with a "perfekt-fertigrumpf" (plastic) fuse and a built up wing. Good flyer......Call Hobby-Lobby or search the Graupner webpage. I had a few of these years ago but no longer have any info.
Close, but no cigar... It's a Graupner "Akro Junior" , an aileron version of the Junior. The "Electric Uhu" was it's predecessor. Nowadays the have the Junior Sport (without) and the Junior Sport Plus (With ailerons, but still double dihedral). That is if it has 2m wingspan. This 'new' version has 1.6m wingspan:
