I used the same motor, ESC, TP2100, etc as you on a similar weight foamy with a 9x6 prop and it was just fine. If I recall, I think I could get 12+ minutes of flight time with mostly parallel flying. I only get ~8 minutes of that kind of flying with my AM using an 11x5.5.

As for taking off on a poor grass field, I had that issue once but it was solved with 3 inch MPI wheels part # EPW300. And the Magister, rubber-band/wire mod to the LG works great for landings.
