I recieved this e-mail today from another builder:

I've got it [CG] at 12 3/4" from the back of F1. And that's with the wing placed so that the LE lines up with the LE you have on your plans.

I also double checked it using the method on this page:

and it came out to the same spot which is a nice confirmation.



I have recieved many e-mails reagarding the placement of the CG. Some have it farther back but most have it farther forward then it shows on the plans. I think for most you may want to move the CG up more as this e-mail has suggested. If you find the CG to be far forward at least you have the option to land safely but if it is too far back given your setup then you will do a back flip and inevitably crash. Anyways this is just my two cents but better safe then sorry!
