Well, here's version 4 of the Yak.
This will most likely be the last update I'll do to it. I really like flying this plane and I can't wait for the indoor season. Actualy, I am building one right now for this next Sunday, when there will be an indoor meeting in a nearby city.
If you build it right and with light weight equipment, you can get this plane to 140-145g (we're talking about a 35 1/4" wing span). Mine with 7.7g servos weighs ~155g. It won't be only light, but also very strong and with very good stifness for a foamy. It's a great plane for freestyle.
Changes from v.1 thru v.4 were:
- bigger ailerons
- CF on the TE
- increased wing area
- increased rudder area
- increased fuse area
- longer fuselage (from 27" to 30")
- little modification to the fuselage design (v.4)
Have fun and enjoy!
