***REMINDER*** for the most minor of mods that makes THE MOST difference:

If your picco is "hanging" from the rotor and "wagging" back and forth, you need to tighten the pin up the "upper" rotor (swashplate? forgive me, I don't know the term)

You'll see the top-most center part of the rotor has a small pin sticking out one side. Push it in: A LITTLE. I had to use my eye teeth to truly feel that it was moving, when I used pliers I kept pushing too far. If you push to far, your picco with almost immediately crash. (if you push it too far, use a pushpin on the other side to push the pin back out again)
If you push it A LITTLE, the top "plate / rotor" thing won't move as you shake the picco, but will still adjust in flight for stability. Hope that makes sense, you're only one bite away from a super stable flight!
(I know it's been mentioned before, but the thread is long enough someone may have missed it)
