I just went to the RCSE archive:

I scrolled down until I found the for sale post that you referred to and
clicked on it to get this post:
http://www.mail-archive.com/soaring@...msg100991.html

Scroll down to the bottom of the post and click where it says to send an
email to Peter and you get an email window with his email adress:
<peter@d-m-c.com.tw>

I don't think you need to subscribe to do that. You just need to know the
link for the RCSE archive.
