I didn't have any problem with warpage, and it's 15-20% relative
I figured that if I just keep sanding, till I have each wing half having two perfect "bolt hole halves", it would work out fine.. It's just a little concerning having the instructions say to sand the root's, and round the joiners also, as you test fit. It's not like they are and even CLOSE to flat surface. No biggie,as I can keep sanding anything "till it fit's" but once you go too far, you're toast... An 1/8" off the front/back of the root could be +/- about 1/2" of sweep at the tips... I can figure almost any instuctions out no problem but shaping the wing root should be in a little more detail IMO, maybe detailing the sweep measurement to check... All else is pretty cool in the instuctions though...
