BTW, it's ok for the chains to flop around some (IMO) . After a while the chain finds the correct tension (loosness) and just stays like that anyway. So I just leave them loose, instead of tightening them over and over only to have them stretch again. I've only thrown one chain and that was just recently on my nitro bike. I knew the chain had become ridiculously slack, and I later discovered that the rear axle nut had worked loose.

Thanks for the advice, was not sure if it was ok to run them loose. I runs a lot better that way.
