Maybe it's best to wait for a new thread relating to the 808 #16 1080p cam, as it's not the 808 #16 cam it seems slightly off topic to post there, even if the developers are the same.

From previews of THIS cam (808 #26) it seems like the same crappy lens they use in the jumbo hd, with a narrow fov and poor/slow adjusting to lighting and not good at filming something when there is a light behind it, unlike the 808 #16 (original) which is much better in both these areas, so I'd assume the 808 #16 1080p HD should be better than this one for results.

And, the jumbo hd 1080p records at a bitrate of 17.4 Mbps but the raw files from chucklor for this 808 #26 it's only 12.6 Mbps.
so really the only advantage I see of this cam over the original jumbo hd is a better case design, and maybe (can't tell from the previews) no more frame jumping, dead pixels or crashing.
(and yes, I know higher birtate doesn't always mean better quality, but it's a major factor)
