I cut out the wings with 2lbs EPS foam. The airfoils are E197 and wing span is 76". I will use about 1 degree positive incidence so with a E214 canard set at 3 degree incidence should get me the correct stall configuration.
Spars are 1/2" T6 0.062 wall. Front spar slips into receptacles in the fuselage and the rear spar will slip into brass tube receptacles in the wing.

Note: Cockpit was modified so it fits the canopy contours of the picture.
Wing has a straight top. Bottom tapers up.
Main wing airfoil
Holes will be made into the core like this. Cured 6oz cloth will be used for skin and then glued to the foam core
Wing front view. Top is straight. Bottom tapers 3 degrees.
