FYI
I received tracking information from OMG. When they arrive I will put them into my scale 500 when I get it built. I will test them out on a heavy scale bird and see how they do. I know I will say this though, A new company with a new product is very hard to get off the ground. If it is the intent of this new company to produce high quality it makes it that much harder when there are so many quality companies already present. If the new company just wants to get into the market and produce low to mid quality items it has it's use and market share as well.
Hats off to anyone that wants to start a new company. The company I work for, the owner started in his basement 40 years ago. Today the company has sister companies in the states, mexico, china and distributions all over the world and this after only 40 years. everybody needs the chance to do so, but to do so and make quality products is up to the company to strive for that.
When I receive them, will look at the specs, install them and fly around when the weather warms to see how they react and then put them into the full body scale.
I will report what I find and forward this information here and to OMG.
I know a few people in my area that can fly 100 times what I can and will let them fly it who is more into hard 3D flying and get their reactions as well.
AND, those that do know me on here know that I have nothing to do with OMG.
Just an old heli pilot wanting to join in on the hobby and have fun!
