of course you can use the illustration, just sorry that I donít have time to do a more professional one.
Got the blades done today, went well except that one of the lengths of trailing edge stock had a different weight distribution which meant that although all 3 blades were within 0,15 of a Gram that the C of G of one blade was a whole centimetre out. I used my old method of drilling holes in the blades at the appropriate ends at the maximum chord position and then filled them with hot glue (epoxy works well too, and you can mix some lead shavings in) to balance and they are now smack on.
I will add a picture to show what I mean.

Tom, did I read somewhere that you use 1800 mAh packs?? I have 3 of them (140 Grams each) and if they will fit and balance I would use them, what do you think?
