Next time, all you need to say to the seller is:

"I got the package today, unfortunately, it appears they arrived damage. How would you like to proceed. Thank You."

That's all and the response would probably be along the lines of:
"I am sorry that happened, I can offer you a discount or you can return them for a refund".

It's usually that simple.
