I believe the small heat shrink covered board on the Turnigy system holds the resistors for the LEDs, so you'd need to figure out what size they are and make sure they could properly run your replacement LEDs. Personally I build my own. LEDs are cheap, resistors are even cheaper. Add wire, some heat shrink tubing and a little soldering and you're good to go. I get most of my LEDs from these guys:
