Peel off the old one and just copy what Samba have done.

Or you can run a piece of scotch tape or similar along the length of the aileron (or split it into two lengths each side of the control horn) and then use talcum powder or microballoons to get rid of the stickiness. This also makes it look more like a normal white epoxy wiper as well.

The trick is to get the right amount of tape overhang and taper it towards the tip as the aileron gets smaller in chord. Also try and lay the tape without any tension in it.
