So HK did not rip me off. But their customer service leaves something to be desired.
The way I see it to wait 13 months and who knows how much time you spent trying to get HK to send the parts, I think you did get RIPPED OFF. What excuse could possibly justify such terrible CS. I'm sure we'll see some great reasons why it's not HK's fault from?.
