Help please confirm the calc for accurately converting C to amps for a given #mah lipo rated at #c constant / #c burst.
Example Nano Tech 3850mah 6s 65c lipo rated at 8c max charge.
3850mah / 1000 = 3.85amp x 8c = 30.8 amp max charge rate / correct?
However for a Nano Tech 2850mah 6s 65c lipo rated at 8c max charge.
2850mah / 1000 = 2.85amp x 8c = 22.8 amp max charge rate / correct?
If mfg charging C rating is not stated for a lipo then what is the safe calc for determining the # amp max charge rate instead just using of the default 2c rule?
Example Genace 2000mah 3s 25c
2c method 2000mah / 1000 = 2amp x 2c = 4amp max charge rate / correct?
xc method ?

Your calculations are correct. Also, I think your 2c charging rule is sound. However, I'm pretty sure GensAce packs are good for a 5c charge rate.
