Lazy Bee 40" w/Ailerons
Haven't posted anything for a time so I decided to put up my Lazy bee 40".
I finished it about a month ago built from plans I downloaded. Pretty much as Clancy designed it except I added ailerons to the 40" wing , didn't want to use the 48" aileron wing.
Anyway we will see how she flys in a couple of months, too much snow right now here in Wiscosin.

Radio for scale, approx 450-sq/in makes it about 9.36-oz sq/ft.
Nice simple scheme, high visibility.
I added ailerons, never liked 3-channel, too many spin in's.
Came in at 29.25-oz with 1.5-oz lead for CG.
I had planned on using my TT .070 but once I got past 25-oz I wnet to my Norvel .074. It is still a little tight but it turns the 7 X 3/16300-RPM on 20% Powermaster.
The famous Clancy spring landing gear.
