Hello Charles,

I just bound the joint from that cotton reel after I'd cyanoed it together, and then given it another dose. Reflecting, I think I should have used a short piano wire axle, which would have been at least "bendable" for adjustment. I was lucky that it all squared up! I plan on further reinforcing the area by making up a liteply disc brake assembly and "embed" the uglies into it. I may even make up a set of spats! It does seem to be very strong, though, and won't stay bent after a bounce!! I've rolled it around the floor like a kid with a toy car!!

I like what you are doing with Peter Rake's Waco. The only reason I went for the Cessna build right away, was to take a break while all else is going on, and the weather...? I just "go-on-strike" now and again and do what suddenly takes my fancy from earlier dreams. Maybe I'm more Wacko than your model!!
Ade
